Welcome to the Sheep Dog Impact Assistance (SDIA) team! It is an exciting time to be a part of SDIA. We are growing rapidly and are making a positive difference in the lives of so many fellow Sheep Dogs. Not to mention the outpouring of support and appreciation we receive from those whose lives we have touched through our disaster response efforts.
In the coming days and weeks, we will be engaging you on several different levels.
- You will receive a Welcome email and a New Member Information document which includes basic information on SDIA as an organization, our expectations for you as a member, etc. The last section in the document is our Code of Ethics; please be sure to read this section carefully, then print out the”Certification of Commitment to SDIA Code of Ethics and Conduct,” sign and date it, and return it to us either by emailing a scanned copy or mailing the printed copy. Please do the same with the Liability Waiver form (print, sign & date, and return via email).
- After your membership dues have been received, your New Member Gear package will be shipped. We have most items on-hand so orders are generally shipped within 2-3 weeks, but if there will be a delay, you will be notified.
- You will begin receiving our newsletters and other emails. (NOTE: Please add the email address “SDIAStaff@gmail.com” to your Contacts/Address Book to ensure you receive all information.)
The final step in becoming an SDIA Active Member in good standing is to pay your annual Membership Dues of $85 ($75 FLEOA Members). Simply follow the “Pay Now” link below to complete your membership.
