Andy Bossler
Andy Bossler grew up in Ethiopia, East Africa, and moved to the United States in 1988 where he attended college at University of Tennessee for Civil Engineering. After deciding he did not want to spend his life sitting behind a desk, he went to John Brown University in Siloam Springs, AR, and earned a degree in Construction Management. In 1996 Andy founded what is now known as Broadway Contracting LLC, a heavy industrial construction company, with a 25-year history of servicing the construction needs of Northwest Arkansas companies like Tyson, Georges, ConAgra and Simmons, as well as companies in states east of the Rocky Mountains.
In 2003, Andy partnered with Brian Buckminster, who founded ProTrucks in 1997. For the past 24 years, ProTrucks has grown to be one of the largest and most professional vehicle accessories shops in the area, providing vehicle upgrades (like spray-in bed liners, wheels and tires), camper shells and any other kind of add-on vehicle accessory. A few years later in 2011, the two opened a class 3 firearms manufacturer licensed store named Shooters; the offer its own brand of suppressors and short barreled rifles, as well as full lines of other weapons.
In addition to their business ventures, for the last 8 years Andy and Brian have hosted semi-annual hog hunts for Sheep Dog Impact Assistance-sponsored veterans and first responders. These hunts are designed to help the Sheep Dogs break through personal barriers in an environment that is familiar, challenging and engaging, and the camaraderie and bonds built in these hunts are a foundation to lifelong relationships.
Andy has been married to the love of his life, Victoria, for 27 years, and they have 2 daughters, Hannah and Nicole. Andy and Victoria have been proud residents of Siloam Springs for the last 30+ years and have been heavily involved in many philanthropic ventures over the years. Andy is currently on the Board of Directors of Sheep Dog Impact Assistance, and previously sat on the Board of Directors for Signature Bank Siloam Springs and the Manna Center of Siloam Springs. Victoria served for 6 years on the Board of Directors for the Endeavor Foundation, and has also served on the Boards for the Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter and the Siloam Springs Hospital Foundation Board. Both Andy and Victoria are heavily involved in Sheep Dog Impact Assistance including hosting functions for veterans and first responders injured in the line of service to this great country.
