The Officer Kevin Apple Lodge honors the life and service of Officer Kevin Apple, a devoted law enforcement officer from Pea Ridge, Arkansas, who was killed in the line of duty at age 53 on June 26, 2021. Known for his courage, kindness and integrity, he served 23 years in law enforcement with the Lowell and Farmington Police Departments (PD) before joining Pea Ridge PD.
This lodge is a lasting tribute to Officer Apple’s sacrifice and legacy.

- Pea Ridge and Benton County have declared December 12 as Officer Kevin Apple Day, symbolizing his badge number 1212, a portion of Highway 72 was named the Officer Kevin Apple Memorial Highway, and his badge number was officially retired.
- In 2025, the University of Arkansas, with a gift from the Plumley Foundation, established the Officer Kevin D. Apple Endowed Scholarship. It supports graduates of Pea Ridge High School attending the U of A and preserves his legacy of service, humor, and community dedication.
