Sheep Dog Impact Assistance (SDIA) is proud to announce the graduation of Sheep Dog University (SDU) Class 4, marking another milestone in our mission to build strong, professional, mission-driven Ambassadors across the country.
Sheep Dog University was created to equip potential staff, volunteers, and ambassadors with the confidence, skills, and knowledge to embody the SDIA mission, identity, and values with professionalism within their communities.
And Class 4 did exactly that.
What SDU Prepares Ambassadors To Do
Through Sheep Dog University, Ambassadors are trained to:
- Spread awareness of the SDIA mission
- Engage in public speaking and community outreach
- Organize local service projects
- Lead #GetOffTheCouch™ events
- Support Disaster Response Missions
- Build strategic community partnerships
Ambassadors in Action: Serving Nationwide
Our Ambassadors carry the SDIA mission into communities across the country. Through fundraisers, speaking engagements, and local #GetOffTheCouch™ events, they ensure Veterans, First Responders, and their families know they are supported.
Recently, Ambassadors have led impactful events including:
- Pheasant & Quail Hunt – McPherson, Kansas
- American Veterans Motorcycle Club Speaking Engagement – Bellevue, Nebraska
- Spark’s Burger Co. Fundraiser – Manhattan, Kansas
- Climb Bentonville Rock Climbing Event – Bentonville, Arkansas
These initiatives demonstrate what happens when trained, mission-aligned leaders activate in their communities. Helping others is not just something we say. It is our way of life.
