Strengthening Our Core Programs
Outdoor Adventures (OA)
Outdoor Adventures remain the gateway to connection. In 2025, we continued expanding access to transformational outdoor experiences that reduce stress, increase community connection, and introduce participants to the broader SDIA ecosystem.
More than 80% of participants report improved well-being after attending an Outdoor Adventure, and over 90% remain engaged through additional programs.
Warrior PATHH
Warrior PATHH, our peer-delivered Post-Traumatic Growth training, continued expanding training opportunities nationwide. Designed to help participants transform struggle into strength, Warrior PATHH equips Sheep Dogs with tools to build resilience, emotional regulation, and renewed purpose.
Participants report an average of 65% reduction in PTSD symptoms, 58% reduction in Depression & Anxiety, and 73% increase in improved relationships.
Disaster Response & Continued Service
When communities face a crisis, Sheep Dogs respond. Our Disaster Response and Continued Service teams deployed across the nation in 2025, providing professional, patient, and compassionate support where it was needed most.
In 2025, SDIA’s DRM deployments included Texas Floods, Northwest Arkansas, Hot Springs, AR, and Gibson County, IN; a total of 289 Sheep Dogs and volunteers deployed.
