As a proud partner of Boulder Crest Foundation and the Avalon Action Alliance, SDIA delivers Warrior PATHH (Progressive and Alternative Training for Helping Heroes) to support our nation’s Veterans and First Responders as they learn how to transform struggle into strength through Posttraumatic Growth (PTG).
Five Days at Heroes Ranch. A 90-Day Journey Ahead.
Class 081 spent five intensive days at Heroes Ranch learning practical tools and strategies designed to help them examine their experiences, recognize their strengths, deepen connections, and begin building the next chapter of their lives.
But graduation from the five-day intensive is not the finish line.
The Warriors of Class 081 will now begin a 90-day integration journey, putting what they learned into practice in their homes, relationships, careers, and communities. This next phase is where the work continues and the lessons of Posttraumatic Growth become part of everyday life.
It is the heart of what it means to Struggle Well.
