Sheep Dog Impact Assistance (SDIA) is honored to announce that Rob O’Neill, retired U.S. Navy SEAL and one of the most decorated combat veterans of our generation, will serve as the Keynote Speaker for the 2026 SDIA Heroes Gala.

Rob O’Neill’s career spans service with SEAL Team Two, SEAL Team Four, and SEAL Team Six, where he held leadership roles in more than 400 combat missions worldwide. His operational experience includes Operation Red Wings, the rescue of Marcus Luttrell, the mission that saved Captain Richard Phillips, and Operation Neptune Spear, the historic operation that brought Osama bin Laden to justice.

Most recently, Rob was featured in the Netflix documentary American Manhunt: Osama bin Laden, offering an unfiltered look at leadership, sacrifice, and service at the highest level during one of the most consequential missions in modern history.

Beyond his military service, Rob is a New York Times best-selling author, nationally recognized speaker, and co-founder of the Special Operators Transition Foundation, where he continues to support elite veterans as they transition from service into their next chapter of purpose and leadership.
