Warrior PATHH is the mental wellness cornerstone of our  Get Off The Couch programming—and the nation’s first non-clinical, peer-to-peer program designed specifically for Military Personnel, Veterans, and First Responders.

Crafted to transform struggle into strength, Warrior PATHH empowers participants to harness their trauma as fuel for Posttraumatic Growth (PTG)—helping them move beyond survival to thrive in life with renewed purpose.

This 90-day, non-pharmacological training begins with a 7-day immersive, intensive training at Heroes Ranch, followed by 12 weeks of structured support, training, and accountability. You stay connected through team video conferences, daily content, and the myPATHH app, which provides ongoing resources, messaging, and community support.

Warrior PATHH isn’t therapy—it’s transformation.

Who is Eligible for Warrior PATHH?

Warrior PATHH is provided at no cost to eligible combat veterans and first responders—both men and women (in separate programs)—including active duty, Reserve, Guard, and honorably discharged veterans.

No clinical diagnosis is required—just a commitment to do the hard work of turning struggle into strength through Posttraumatic Growth.

This program is not suited for those with active addictions or those seeking a retreat—it’s for those ready to transform.

The ideal Warrior PATHH Candidate:

  • Is determined to win their personal battles
  • Is open to coaching and personal accountability
  • Embraces the process, even when it’s tough
  • Has a vision for a better life—even if they don’t yet know the path
  • Has a deep desire to live fully, not just exist
  • Is committed to staying the course and doing the work

This journey isn’t easy—but it’s worth it.

Warrior pathh is:

  • A lifelong journey of growth that begins with 90 days of intensive, immersive training. The path to thriving because of your Warrior experiences—not despite them.
  • Built by Warriors, for Warriors—intentionally designed to meet you where you are.
  • Focused on helping you rediscover purpose, direction, and the opportunity to live a great life.

what Warrior pathh is not:

  • A one-week quick fix that fades—only to send you back to the same destructive cycles.
  • About settling for a diminished version of yourself.
  • Therapy, coddling, or passive coping.
  • A faith-based or religious program.
  • Sitting around a fire, singing kumbaya, and swapping war stories.
