SDIA’s mission is to empower our nation’s military personnel, veterans and first responders through Get Off The Couch™ programming, and Heroes Ranch provides the perfect setting to offer physical activities, peer-to-peer training, and volunteer opportunities that help them continue serving while addressing post-traumatic growth.
HEROES RANCH FACILITIES
Since purchasing the property and buildings in 2020, SDIA has renovated many of the structures at Heroes Ranch, and has constructed others to contain to all programming and activities on the property.
Each of the buildings at Heroes Ranch have been dedicated and named for one of our nation’s heroes. Read on to learn about who the buildings were named for.
Four Main Lodges provide accommodations for program participants and SDIA staff to stay on the property during programming and activities.

Heroes Ranch Training Facility is located on the hilltop overlooking the ranch, and is where we facilitate our Warrior PATHH (WP) programming. Tuskegee Hall has a classroom, loft & library, commercial kitchen and dining hall. Two dormitory style lodges provide comfortable accommodations for students.
