Patriot Day 2012 a Great Success!

This years annual Patriot Day events were a spectacular success, primarily due to the efforts of our many wonderful volunteers and supporters. This year we held Patriot Day events in Rogers, AR and Jacksonville, NC.
The weather could not have been better at either location, and the crowds were steady all day. We heard repeatedly that people are already looking forward to next years events.
Between the military helicopter & vehicles, fire trucks, police vehicles, SWAT trucks, static displays, shooting gallery, rock-climbing wall, bounce houses, go-cart racing, and more, young and old found something to enjoy.

CrossFit/Sheep Dog WOD

For us Patriot Day launches the official kickoff of our Holiday Programs designed to support Sheep Dogs and their families during Thanksgiving and Christmas. We were able to raise more than $3,600.00 for this years Holiday Program. As you can imagine, we are excited about the number of families we will be able to help this Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Also this year we added a CrossFit/Sheep Dog Workout of the Day (WOD), and Poker Run to our Rogers event. The CrossFit WOD had more than 100 competitors, an awesome turnout for a first year event, and our first Poker Run drew more than 50 riders, another great turnout. We appreciate everyone’s participation and look forward to having you join us again next year.

We are already making plans for next years Patriot Day events, to be held on either Sept 7th or 14th, 2013…look for additional events in Dallas & St Louis next year. We look forward to seeing you next year!
