2012 Patriot Day at the Center for Non-Profits in the heart of Rogers, AR.
Date & Time: Saturday, September 8th, 2012, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
LOCATION:
Center for Non-Profits (formerly St. Mary’s Hospital) in Rogers, AR.
COST:
Free to the public. Come and enjoy a no-cost family friendly event. Drinks and food available at a low cost.
ORGANIZERS:
The Patriot Day Committee,-comprised of Northwest Arkansas community volunteers, philanthropists, Sheep Dog Impact Assistance, and PROPPER INTERNATIONAL -seeks to provide a fun family event geared towards recognizing the commitment and
sacrifice made by our military, law enforcement, fire & rescue and EMS personnel.
PARTICIPANTS:
Military, law enforcement, fire & rescue and EMS units and personnel from across the region. Supporters and sponsors of Patriot Day.
AMENITIES:
We will have several different types of interactive displays for all that attend – specifically, military, law enforcement, fire & rescue and EMS vehicles & equipment, military helicopter, concessions, face painting, sponsor giveaways, and much more. Fun for the entire family!
BENEFICIARIES:
Sheep Dog Impact Assistance is a non-profit organization that works to serve the needs of the men and women serving in our military, law enforcement, fire & rescue and EMS services – a community of people they call “Sheep Dogs.” Disaster relief missions and disaster preparedness education classes for communities in need are an additional part of their mission. HELPING OTHERS IS A WAY OF LIFE.
